I was surprised by the finding that less than 40% of the articles reviewed by the authors discussed behavioral principles. You would expect a much higher number, since we practice the science of behavior.

I liked the authors' point on feedback. Many JOBM articles point to the effectiveness of feedback in their interventions but fail to specify what behavioral function it served. Like the authors pointed out, feedback can serve as an antecedent and/or consequence.
